7週にわたり面接でよく聞かれる質問への回答例を見てきました。もちろん今までの回答例が全てではなく、他にもたくさんの理想的な回答があるのも確かですが、回答例がひとつの基礎を作る手助けになったものと思います。それでは最後の３つの質問を見てみましょう。
13. What aspects of this job interest you most?
この仕事のどのような点に興味を持っていますか。
This job involves a lot of interaction with people and I would like to think that I have good communication and interpersonal skills that could be put to good use. This role also deals specifically with an industry I’ve had extensive experience in. It is something that interests and challenges me and it’s because of this that I’m willing to put in 120%.
私の持っているコミュニケーション能力、対人能力が人との関わりの多い今回のお仕事に必ず役立つものと思います。また様々な経験をして参りました業界をちょうど扱うお仕事ですので120％の能力を発揮したいと思い、たいへん興味を持ち意欲がわいております。
14. If you were offered this position, how long would you stay with us?
もしこのポジションをオファーされたら、どのくらいの期間、私たちと一緒に働けますか。
As long as there is an avenue for growth within the organization, I don’t see any reason to leave the company within at least 3 years. I have no intention of job-hopping and the longer I am with your organization, the more I can contribute.
成長できる土壌がある限り3年以内に御社を退職するようなことはございません。転職を繰り返そうとは考えておりませんので、長く働ければそれだけお役に立てるものと思います。
15. When are you available to commence work?
いつから仕事を開始することができますか。
Whilst I would love to start as soon as today should I be successful, as I’m still employed, I will need to give at least 4 weeks notice before I can make the move. This is the standard for most organizations.
可能であれば今日からでも御社で働きたいと思いますが、現在も他社にて働いておりますので、多くの他の企業様と同じように退職4週間前の通知が必要です。
